Waleed As'ad - 15+ years of experience taught me the value of knowledge. Now, I'm taking another step toward sharing it. ๐ŸŽ“ I'm pleased to share that I've completed the Training of Trainers (TOT) program, which included 36 training hours, and received my certificate from International Cambridge College. Throughout my professional journey in renewable energy, solar EPC, commercial strategy, and business development, I've learned that technical expertise and business success become even more valuable when we can transfer knowledge and help others develop their capabilities. This achievement represents another step in strengthening my training, communication, and knowledge-sharing skills. I believe that building a stronger renewable energy sector requires more than technology, investment, and successful projects. It requires developing skilled professionals, encouraging continuous learning, and sharing practical industry experience. Leadership is not only about what we accomplish, but also about helping people grow. I look forward to applying what I've learned and contributing to professional development and knowledge exchange within the renewable energy industry. ๐Ÿ’ฌ What do you believe is the most important quality of an effective trainer or mentor? #TrainingOfTrainers #RenewableEnergy #Leadership #ProfessionalDevelopment #KnowledgeSharing
