The U.S. Mission to Iraq is funding one organisation to deliver English language instruction to young people across central and southern Iraq, opening up further study and work opportunities for them. Not-for-profit and civil society organisations, educational institutions and international organisations that can operate in Iraq, or that have an active Iraqi partner, may apply.
