I am Wael Shotby, a visual artist, creative maker, and founder of Baby Warsha, a creative learning initiative based in Minya, Upper Egypt. My work combines visual arts, crafts, hands-on learning, and creative reuse of discarded materials. Through practical workshops and cultural activities, I help children explore materials, develop creative and practical skills, and discover new possibilities in everyday resources. I am interested in circular economy, environmental awareness, inclusive cultural education, and developing community-based ideas into sustainable, scalable initiatives.

نحول الخامات المهملة وبقايا المواد إلى أدوات ومنتجات فنية وتعليمية نافعة، من خلال ورش تطبيقية تُمكن الأطفال من التعلم بالصنع، وتنمية مهاراتهم الإبداعية والعملية، واكتشاف قيمة الأشياء وقدرتهم على تحويلها إلى شيء جديد.
تعمل «بيبي ورشة» على تغيير نظرة الأطفال إلى الأشياء المهملة، من خلال منحهم فرصة لاكتشاف إمكاناتها وتحويلها بأيديهم إلى منتجات وأدوات جديدة. داخل الورشة، لا يتعامل الطفل مع الخامة باعتبارها شيئًا انتهى دوره، بل باعتبارها فرصة للتجريب والتصميم والتعلم.
