Green Forward – Networking Event, Hammamet, Tunisie, 7 novembre 2025 Plus de 100 acteurs publics, privés, associatifs et académiques se sont réunis à Hammamet le 7 novembre 2025 à l’occasion du Networking Event – Green Forward, Niveau Méso, placé sous le thème : « Catalyser les synergies pour accélérer la transition verte en Tunisie ». Organisé dans le cadre du programme Green Forward, mis en œuvre par le CITET en collaboration avec SPARK et financé par l’Union européenne, l’événement a mis en avant la volonté nationale de renforcer les Organisations de Soutien aux Entreprises (OSE), véritables leviers de l’économie verte et circulaire. L’événement a rassemblé un large éventail d’acteurs : institutions publiques, agences de coopération, banques, fonds d’investissement, incubateurs, clusters, startups et entrepreneurs verts. Cette diversité a permis un dialogue constructif entre décideurs, financiers et innovateurs pour transformer les défis environnementaux en opportunités économiques durables. Dans son mot d’allocution, Mme Kmaira Ben Jannet, Directrice Générale du CITET, a souligné : « Green Forward n’est pas un simple programme, mais une dynamique collective ambitieuse au service de la transition écologique en Tunisie. ». Elle a souligné que cet événement constitue un véritable trait d’union entre les politiques publiques et les PME, favorisant la concertation entre les acteurs clés de la transition verte et circulaire. Un panel de discussion a mis en lumière les mécanismes d’appui à la transition verte, avec la participation de la BERD, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations Tunisie, AMEN Bank, kickoff.tn, Expertise France, MedWaves, ANPR et Impact Partner. La journée a également été marquée par l’annonce officielle des 12 OSE sélectionnées dans le cadre du programme, suivie de la signature des protocoles d’accord entre le CITET et les OSE concernées. Des sessions interactives dédiées à l’éco-conception à l’innovation technologique, avec la participation du Pôle Eco-conception (France) et du CETIME ont favorisé la création de nouvelles synergies et collaborations. Green Forward" Program in Tunisia: Second Regional Workshop toAccelerate the Transition to a Green and Circular Economy Monastir, July 10, 2025 As part of the "Green Forward" program, implemented at the national level by the Tunis International Center for Environmental Technologies (CITET) in partnership with SPARK and funded by the European Union, a second regional thematic workshop was held on July 10 in Monastir. The objective of this event was to identify the needs of the Tunisian ecosystem in order to promote an effective transition toward a green and circular economy, while initiating a national momentum around this theme. This workshop is part of a decentralization approach and aims to strengthen synergies between public, private, and technical actors to better address local environmental challenges. Bringing together a diverse range of stakeholders — public and private institutions, support structures, technical experts, and partners — the event provided an opportunity to present the strategic framework of the Green Forward program, coordinated by CITET and structured around three components: macro, meso, and micro. These components are designed to support ecological transition efforts at various levels of Tunisia’s economic and institutional fabric. The discussions were organized around four thematic round tables: 1. Strategic positioning and cooperation between ecosystem support organizations (OSE) for ecological transition; 2. Strengthening internal capacities of OSEs to support businesses; 3. Access to financing and tailored financial engineering for green projects; 4. Awareness-raising, mobilization, and dissemination of best practices. These discussions helped establish a diagnosis of the current situation, identify challenges faced by support structures both regionally and nationally, and propose concrete action levers to support the ecological transition. The outcomes of this workshop, combined with those of other events conducted under the program, will serve as the foundation for developing a national roadmap and a capacity-building mechanism that is truly aligned with the needs of support structures — enabling them to fully play their role in the ecological transition and effectively support SMEs, start-ups, and other providers of sustainable solutions. It is important to highlight that a first workshop was held on July 3, 2025, at CITET's headquarters in Tunis, within the broader implementation framework of the Green Forward program.
