SkillBridge helps contractors and field-service teams in Gaza find and organize skilled workers for short-term and project-based work. -
Your solution
SkillBridge is a B2B workforce sourcing and matching platform for contractors and field-service teams. Employers submit a workforce request based on skills, availability and location, and SkillBridge helps identify and organize suitable workers or small crews. The initial model is manual and human-reviewed to validate demand and matching quality before building a lightweight digital platform. Over time, completed assignments and structured feedback can create stronger worker profiles, work histories and trusted rehire relationships.
