Reverse Fit helps people identify the conditions in which they thrive at work, so they can choose careers and workplaces that fit them — instead of constantly trying to fit themselves into the wrong jobs.
Your solution
Reverse Fit starts with the person, not the job.

Through a three-session process, we look at real work and life experiences to understand how someone is built to work: what motivates them, what drains them, and what they need to thrive. That becomes their personal Fit Profile.

I'm now building a companion system that helps people use that profile to explore career directions, evaluate real opportunities and make their next move.

The bigger vision is for workplaces to have Fit Profiles too, so people and work can eventually be matched on more than skills and experience.
