A digital platform that helps Ramallah Municipality and emergency agencies receive, verify, share, and coordinate emergency information in real time.
  • Your solution
Ramallah Emergency Connect is a shared digital emergency coordination platform designed for Ramallah Municipality and emergency response agencies. It brings together emergency information from multiple sources, including citizen reports, emergency calls, public information signals, and agency updates, into one shared incident record. The platform helps verify information from multiple sources, identify the relevant response agencies, share the right information with the right entity, track response progress, and provide public emergency alerts when needed. It also organizes incident data for follow-up, analysis, and future planning. The platform complements existing emergency systems rather than replacing them.
