MEHR is a Family Dashboard + daily AI voice calls. Elders need only a normal phone. Every day, our AI calls 90 seconds in Farsi/Turkish/Arabic: checks mood, medication, hydration, shares a poem/prayer to reduce loneliness. If no answer, fall sound, or confusion detected, we alert family on WhatsApp with Green/Yellow/Red escalation.

Families abroad get daily WhatsApp summaries, call transcripts, mood and adherence charts. We serve elders living alone in MENA whose children work abroad. Pilot: 147 calls, 82% answer rate, adherence 40%->87%. Model: B2C2C €19/month and B2B for clinics/municipalities.
