We are establishing a food-processing facility in Jordan to transform suitable surplus, seasonal, and unsold fruits and vegetables into higher-value, shelf-stable products. Using advanced freeze-drying technology for fruit snacks and heat-pump drying for vegetables, powders, and food ingredients, our business aims to extend shelf life, create new market opportunities for agricultural produce, and reduce avoidable food loss. Jordan’s 2024–2025 national food-waste study reported that vegetables and fruits account for 40.2% and 32.4% of food waste, respectively. Our goal is to support farmers, create local jobs, and contribute to a more resource-efficient and resilient food system.
