Your solution
Our core solution is an institutional heritage readiness programme built on an existing 22-module training MVP. It combines staff training with readiness assessment, risk and vulnerability review, emergency exercises, business continuity support and an improvement roadmap. Rather than treating these areas separately, the initiative brings them together so museums, heritage sites, archives and cultural institutions can identify gaps, strengthen staff capability, test preparedness and track improvement. The next step is to validate this model through institutional pilots and develop selected assessment and monitoring tools for wider use.
