    CIRQUA SmartClean™ is an innovative, modular, solar-powered seawater pretreatment system integrating microplastic separation, advanced filtration, pollutant adsorption, and AI-assisted process optimization. Designed for desalination plants, water utilities, and industrial facilities, it aims to remove microplastics and persistent contaminants from high-salinity water before reverse osmosis treatment. The solution seeks to improve feedwater quality, protect desalination membranes, reduce environmental impacts, and support more sustainable water production. An experimental prototype has been developed, with further independent validation and pilot-scale testing planned.
