  • About the Team and Its Projects
A youth engineering team of academics, engineers, and students specializing in aerospace engineering, computer science, and mechatronics. The team researches, develops, and implements unmanned aerial systems for environmental and service-oriented applications, providing practical technological solutions for the agricultural and environmental sectors.

    1. GRE-1 Agricultural UAV Project:
An agricultural UAV designed for pesticide spraying. We are developing it by integrating computer vision and artificial intelligence to identify target areas and improve spraying precision, reduce pesticide consumption and waste, minimize unnecessary chemical exposure, and enhance agricultural efficiency. (Under Development)

    2. Solar-Powered Aircraft Project:
A fixed-wing aircraft equipped with flexible solar cells mounted on its wings. The project aims to harness solar energy to improve energy efficiency and develop an aerial platform for environmental monitoring, surveying, and observation. (Under Implementation)

    3. Future Projects:
We plan to develop additional service-oriented UAVs and aerial systems for various sectors after completing and further developing our current projects.

    4. Engineering Project Support:
This year, within our available resources, we supported two outstanding graduation projects through an internal team fund dedicated to engineering initiatives, encouraging innovation and turning ideas into practical prototypes.

    Our Future Vision:
We aim to become a specialized engineering and technology entity focused on developing service-oriented aerial systems and transforming them into commercially viable products. This vision includes establishing an engineering laboratory, enhancing testing and manufacturing capabilities, and improving prototype quality, performance, and reliability to deliver solutions that meet market and societal needs.

  • 15+ years of experience taught me the value of knowledge. Now, I'm taking another step toward sharing it. 🎓

I'm pleased to share that I've completed the Training of Trainers (TOT) program, which included 36 training hours, and received my certificate from International Cambridge College.

Throughout my professional journey in renewable energy, solar EPC, commercial strategy, and business development, I've learned that technical expertise and business success become even more valuable when we can transfer knowledge and help others develop their capabilities.

This achievement represents another step in strengthening my training, communication, and knowledge-sharing skills.

I believe that building a stronger renewable energy sector requires more than technology, investment, and successful projects. It requires developing skilled professionals, encouraging continuous learning, and sharing practical industry experience.

Leadership is not only about what we accomplish, but also about helping people grow.

I look forward to applying what I've learned and contributing to professional development and knowledge exchange within the renewable energy industry.

💬 What do you believe is the most important quality of an effective trainer or mentor?

  • Great technology doesn't automatically build a successful renewable energy business.

A strong engineering team doesn't automatically drive market growth.

I've learned that the real competitive advantage often comes from connecting three things:

    Technology. People. Business.

You can have excellent solar PV systems, advanced energy storage solutions, and strong technical capabilities.

But without the right commercial strategy, market understanding, partnerships, and customer relationships, growth becomes difficult.

During my career, including my former role as Deputy General Manager at NVEco, I've worked across solar PV, EPC project delivery, business development, commercial negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.

Today, as Board Secretary at REES, I remain actively involved in Jordan's renewable energy ecosystem and industry development.

My background in marketing and entrepreneurship has also taught me something important:

Winning a project is an achievement. Building a business that keeps winning is a strategy.

I'm now exploring my next professional chapter, with a particular interest in senior leadership opportunities across Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the wider GCC.

My focus is on roles where I can contribute to:

✅ Business Development & Commercial Growth
    ✅ Market Entry & Expansion
✅ Strategic Partnerships & Distribution Channels
✅ Renewable Energy, Solar EPC & Energy Storage
✅ Commercial Strategy & Business Leadership

I'm particularly interested in opportunities such as Country Manager, Regional Manager, Commercial Director, or Business Development Director.

If your organization is expanding in the renewable energy sector and needs someone who understands both the technical realities and commercial opportunities, I'd welcome a conversation.

The next phase of energy growth needs more than technology. It needs the right people to turn opportunities into results.

  • Growth is not only about attracting new customers.

It is also about keeping the customers you already have.

Customer retention comes from strong service, consistent communication, useful follow-ups, trust-building content, and a professional digital experience after the first sale.

At Jordan SME, we help businesses think beyond visibility and build digital systems that support long-term customer relationships.

    Customer retention is growth too.
