Germany's development ministry co-finances projects where an established company's commercial interest meets a measurable development benefit in a partner country. The eligible-country list covers fourteen states across the Middle East and North Africa, including every SPARK priority country, and applications go through one of two implementing organisations. The ideas competition opens twice a year and the current window is accepting submissions.
