VELORA مشروع زراعي غذائي متكامل لإنتاج الفطر الأبيض في بيئات متحكم بها، مع إنتاج الكمبوست محليًا والاستفادة من المخلفات الزراعية والحيوانية ضمن نموذج دائري مستدام.
يبدأ التغيير بإنشاء مشروع إنتاجي متخصص وتوظيف أبناء المنطقة وتدريبهم على إنتاج الفطر والكمبوست والتعبئة والجودة. بعد ذلك تتحول المخلفات الزراعية والحيوانية إلى كمبوست ذي قيمة، ويبدأ إنتاج الفطر ضمن بيئة متحكم بها بكفاءة أعلى في استخدام الموارد.
